Foreword

Stand perfectly still. Take a few deep breaths and then hold them for a short while. Continue with long, gentle breaths, close your eyes and feel the calm spread through your body. Visualize yourself standing barefoot in a beautiful meadow in a clearing in the forest on a balmy summer day. Feel the grass tingle in your toes. Feel the wind gently caressing your hair. Hear the sweet hum of bumblebees. Rejoice in the flutter of butterflies.

Feel the energy of what all the wonderful colors want to say to you.

Feel that you are one with all living things on earth.

Maybe you have a particular flower that you are drawn to that is trying to convey something good to you...

Can you feel it...

Just take it to you. Try to spend some time with the plant and try to open yourself to it. It may have something very important to convey to you.
